How to delete your data from Company Brain Dashboard
Delete your whole workspace
Email privacy@companybraindashboard.com from the email address you sign in with and ask us to delete your workspace. We will confirm the request, cancel any subscription, and permanently delete the workspace and all of its data, including data received from connected services, within 30 days. A self-serve "Delete workspace" button in Settings is coming.
Disconnect one service
In your dashboard, open Connections, choose the service and select Remove. We delete its access tokens immediately, stop collecting data from it, and delete the data we received from it within 30 days.
Facebook and Instagram
You can also remove Company Brain from Facebook directly:
- Open Facebook and go to Settings & privacy → Settings.
- Go to Business integrations (or Apps and websites).
- Find Company Brain Dashboard and select Remove.
When you remove the app, we stop receiving data from Meta. To have the data we already received deleted, email privacy@companybraindashboard.com and we will delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.
You can revoke Company Brain's access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/connections. We then stop receiving data from Google. To have the data we already received deleted, email us as above.
What we keep
We may keep billing records and invoices for as long as tax and accounting law requires, and a minimal record that a deletion took place. These contain no data from your connected services.
