Terms of Service
Effective October 9, 2026
These terms govern your use of Company Brain Dashboard (the "Service"), provided by Redwood Digital Strategies LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the business you represent ("you"). If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
1. Your account
You must give accurate information and keep your sign-in methods secure. You are responsible for activity in your workspace, including your teammates' activity. The person who creates a workspace is its owner and controls its plan, billing and members. Tell us right away at support@companybraindashboard.com if you think your account has been compromised.
2. Plans, billing and cancellation
- Paid plans are billed by Redwood Digital Strategies LLC in advance each month through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled.
- Usage-based add-ons (such as text messages, call minutes or AI usage beyond your plan's allowance) are charged only if you turn on overage, and up to the limits you set.
- You can cancel at any time from Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; we don't refund partial months unless the law requires it.
- If a payment fails, we will retry and notify you. If it stays unpaid, we may limit the Service to read-only until it is resolved.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next billing period.
3. Your data
You own the content you put into the Service and the data from services you connect ("Your Data"). You give us permission to host, process and display Your Data only as needed to provide the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You confirm you have the right to give us Your Data, including any information about your own customers, and that you have given any notices and obtained any consents the law requires.
You can export Your Data or delete your workspace at any time. After cancellation we keep Your Data for 90 days so you can come back or export it, then delete it.
4. Connected services
When you connect a third-party service (such as Google, Meta, Stripe or your website), your use of that service remains subject to its own terms. You can disconnect it at any time. We are not responsible for third-party services or for changes they make that affect the Service.
5. AI features and approvals
The Service uses AI to prepare answers, drafts and suggested actions. AI output can be wrong or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing it before relying on it. Actions that reach the outside world, such as sending messages or changing settings in connected services, go through approval rules that you control. Certain actions, such as changing ad budgets or charging a card, always require an approval.
6. Phone numbers
If we provide a phone number for your business, the number is yours. If you cancel, we will help you port it to another provider at no charge within 30 days.
7. Acceptable use
You will not use the Service to:
- break the law, or send spam or messages to people who haven't agreed to receive them;
- infringe anyone's rights, or upload content you don't have the right to use;
- try to access another workspace, probe or break our security, or interfere with the Service;
- reverse engineer the Service, or resell it without our written permission;
- store protected health information or payment card numbers in the Service unless we have agreed in writing.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules, with notice where practical.
8. Our rights
We own the Service, including its software and design. These terms don't give you any rights in it beyond using it as described here. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.
9. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available and secure, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or improve features; if we remove a material feature you pay for, we will tell you in advance.
10. Disclaimers
Except as stated in these terms, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the extent the law allows.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenue, and each party's total liability under these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. These limits don't apply to your payment obligations or to either party's liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access if you materially breach these terms and don't fix the breach within 10 days of notice, or immediately where needed to prevent harm or comply with law. Sections 3, 8, 10, 11, 13 and 14 survive termination.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or the Service, and both parties consent to their jurisdiction. Either party may seek an injunction in any court with jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
14. General
These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between us about the Service. If we change them materially, we will notify workspace owners at least 30 days before the change takes effect. If any part is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. You may not transfer these terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a merger or sale of our business.
